Internally, we’ve given Cunningham Construction a sustainability overhaul and are now proudly certified as Net Carbon Zero by TOITŪ. Our transformation has included changes big and small – from installing solar panels at HQ and switching our fleet to EVs, to changing everyone’s printer settings and switching lights off.

We’ve empowered our team to contribute in small but meaningful ways; being more thoughtful about the resources they use and doing the basics – like properly sorting rubbish – better. Through SARNZ and other industry forums we actively encourage our competitors and construction colleagues to follow our lead and prioritise the planet alongside profits.
